Initiate Your Request
Log into your Chonnyday account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
